native New Yorker, Francine Arnone brought her East

and escrow, Francine brings a lot to the table. Her

Francine
has earned her GRI, "Graduate REALTOR® Institute”
(GRI) designation by attending a specific, intensive
series of a minimum of 90 hours of classroom instruction,
covering a variety of subjects including: contract law,
professional standards, sales and marketing, finance,
and risk reduction.
The GRI designation sets the individuals who have attained
it apart from other practitioners because it indicates
to the public that the individual has obtained a professional
educational foundation on which to base the services
they provide and that they are a member of the NATIONAL
ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® . Francine received the
Quality Service Certification QSR as an assurance that
a sales professional will be able to deliver services
that is consistent reliable, responsive and accountable.
Most recently, Francine has earned her SRES (Seniors
Real Estate Specialist) credentials. This designation
is for her special issues and needs facing seniors (55+)
and training in referring property owners to specialist
such as CPAS, estate planners, and attorneys who can
help address her unique situations.
