San
Pedro
San Pedro is a harbor town with over 125 years of history.
Dating back to the late 1800's. San
Pedro was one of the cornerstones in the development
of greater Los Angeles. The Port of Los Angeles (San
Pedro Harbor) has been the home to large fishing fleets
and the shipping industry. Today, the Port of LA and
the Port of Long Beach combined are one of the largest
ports in the world. Located on the southern slope
of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, San Pedro offers majestic
views from downtown Los Angeles to Newport Beach.
San Pedro is privileged to have an abundance of beautiful
parks and coastal access.
Housing
in San Pedro ranges from charming older homes dating
back to the 1920's and beyond to newer construction
of homes, condominiums and apartments. Freeway access
is convenient with the Harbor Freeway (110) and the
Vincent Thomas Bridge ending in San Pedro. Single
family home prices range from $150,000 to $1.5 million.
